We want to better understand how effectively we’re reaching you with important information about your pension plan. Your feedback will help us assess what’s working well, identify areas for improvement, and enhance our future communications to better meet your needs.
The Pension Board partnered with an independent consulting firm, Normandin Beaudry, to connect directly with you as a member and to also ensure your feedback is confidential. Normandin Beaudry will receive the completed surveys directly and only a summary of the results will be shared with the Pension Board. No individuals will be identified in any way.
The results of the survey will help shape our future communications; we look forward to sharing what we learned with you!
