Strategic Objectives
The PNA commits to strengthening and improving overall communications both internally and externally so that its communications best meet our organizational goals, values and purpose.
The Plan:
MEMBERSHIP (formerly Recruitment):
The PNA is committed to increasing membership in the organization to strengthen its voice and influence. CBC/Radio-Canada pensioners are stronger together.
The Plan:
The SCM will identify and support outreach opportunities to reach current employees, deferred pensioners, and non-member retirees.
The PNA is committed to being an inclusive organization, seeking ways to ensure all members feel welcome, and to achieving diverse representation in leadership roles at all levels.
The Plan:
The PNA is committed to advocating on behalf of the interests of its members both individually and collectively. It does so both internally and externally. Through the national standing committee on advocacy (SCA), the PNA seeks to be recognized as a source of help and advice for CBC retirees and as a credible voice on matters of fundamental importance to its members.

The PNA commits to making the Association a welcoming and inclusive organization that creates space for as many members as possible to play an active role, thereby strengthening the Association, sharing the workload, and aiding succession planning.
